The Red Pig in Ottawa, OH (see photo)
It was a beautiful day to do a 7 hour round trip through the Ohio farm lands for a outstanding BBQ eating experience at the Red Pig Inn in Ottawa, OH. They also have a full menu along with a buffet that included breakfast and lunch items. This is a great place to take a large group of a party.

We started out at a very comfortable 72 degrees but it did peak at around 90 degrees (I got light headed just as we were approaching the place)... just a tad too hot so we were forced to stay in the cool Red Pig and just kept on eating!

We had 6 bikes, and one car for a total of 11 people.... Dick & Ruth, Billy & Linda, Jim & Barb, Joe & his step mom, Ron (CD from Chapter P), James and me.

Attached is a group shot of us in the restaurant and near the Red Pig outside.

Dick and Ruth Herron did an excellent job leading the ride. When we asked when they started coming and how they found the place, Dick replied that it was lost in our long history...
